TEPCO announced the video of TV conference when Fukushima Daiichi nuclear diaster.  This video was taken on March 14, 2011.

Top left:Fukushima Daiichi, top center: Fukushima Off-site Center, top right:Kashiwazaki Nuclear Power Plant.
Bottom left: Fukushima Daini, bottom center: TEPCO Head Office.

In the video, they said, "They cannot stay at a main control room.", and it meant same as withdrawal from the nuclear plant.

東京電力は福島第一原発事故時のテレビ会議の映像を公開しました。この映像は２０１１年３月１４日に録画されたものです。

上左：福島第一　上中央：福島オフサイトセンター　上右：柏崎原発
下左：福島第二　下中央：東京電力本店

映像内で「中操にも居られなくなる」と発言しているシーンがありますが、「中操」というのは「中央操作室」の略で、ここに居られなくなるということは、撤退を意味するそうです。 

ガンダーセン氏 福島原発事故原因と「事故レベル８」設定へ

2012/8/31 アーニー・ガンダーセン氏による発表。福島第一原発の真の事故原因はディーゼル発電機が津波で破壊されただけでなく、沿岸部に設置されたポンプの故障であった。今、福島第一原発は、事故レベル７で想定されていた域を越えた深刻な事態に直面しており、「レベル８」を設定し、世界中が支援すべきと訴えている。

"A big trouble! Unit 3 explosion!" 「本店、本店、大変です！」

2012年3月14日、福島第一3号機が爆発した際の東電会議映像です。吉田所長が動揺した声で

「本店、本店！大変です、大変です！ 」

と3号機が爆発した模様を伝えています。

"Head Office, Head Office! A big trouble, a big trouble!"

He reported the explosion of Unit 3.

Fukushima Daiichi locates in Futaba Town.  He talked about the day of Unit 3 explosion.

"When debris fell from the sky, I thought it might be the end."

One of citizen also told him with tears,

"My hair fell off."
